Different product adaptability features:
1. Drainage pipe mold: Adapt to tubular drainage components the product is long and strip-shaped, and different diameters (such as DN100-DN2000), length and interface types (push-fit, flange type, etc.) need to be matched. Some drainage pipes contain complex structures such as reinforcing ribs and multiple interfaces (such as the multi-male and interfaces of car drainage pipes).
2. Manhole mold: Adapt to the plate-shaped covering components, the product is mainly round or square, and it is to match the wellhead size (such as Φ700mm municipal manhole cover), focus on the load-bearing grade (such as heavy duty, light duty) usually containing bottom reinforcing ribs, locking structure and other load-bearing related designs.
Different core structure designs:
1. Drainage pipe mold: With core of forming a tubular cavity, the structure is divided along the axis, and the complex drainage pipe mold needs to be equipped with multiple slider, oblique top and elastic and other components (such as the first, second and third slider of the car drainage pipe mold cooperate to form multiple interfaces), to ensure that the details such as interfaces and rein ribs are accurately formed, and to solve the problem of demoulding of long and strip-shaped products.
2. Manhole mold: With the core of forming a and bottom ribs, a flat mold structure is often used for opening and closing up and down, the cavity depth is shallow, and it is necessary to design a groove matching the rein ribs, and some manhole cover molds with locking structure need to set up local core-pulling mechanism, focusing on ensuring the flatness of the plane and the strength of forming.
Different material adaptability and process:
1. Drainage pipe mold: According to the material of the drainage pipe, different mold materials are adapted concrete drainage pipes mostly use steel plate welding molds, which cooperate with centrifugal or vibration forming processes; plastic/metal drainage pipes mostly use injection molds (such as the mold of car drainage pipes uses mold steel), which achieve integrated complex structures through injection molding, and it is necessary to design a flow splitter to ensure that the melt fills.
2. Manhole mold: Cast iron manhole covers mostly use sand mold or metal mold, which cooperate with casting process; concrete manhole covers use steel mold or fiber reinforced plastic mold, which adopt static pressure forming; composite manhole covers mostly use injection mold, which focus on adapting to the forming pressure and cooling requirements of different materials.
